The Conference is to be held from 26th to 27th of March 2015 in Kielce
On 27th of March the Conference participants are expected to visit The International Fair of Agricultural Technique "Agrotech" organized at Targi Kielce.

The main scientific issues of the Conferencei:

• Methods of the reduction of GHG emission to atmosphere from agricultural end food production sector (good practices, low-emission technologies, “and of pipe” methods etc);
• Intelligent precision farming techniques in sustainable plant production;
• New technologies for production and application of organic and mineral fertilizers and plant protection means;
• New plant species, breeding techniques and agricultural measures in terms of climate changes;
• Retention of soil and rural areas under the integrated protection against flood, erosion and the effects of drought;
• Innovative methods to monitor air quality and to reduce atmospheric pollutants emission from plant and animal production;
• The impact of climate on biodiversity, including agrophages;
• Modelling of the impact of a farmstead and structure of the use of catchment area on the quality of both surface and underground water in rural areas;
• Modelling of the climate impact on water demand and productivity of field crop , and modelling of agriculture impact on the GHG emission and carbon sequestration.

Conditions of participation in the conference and presentation and publication of works:

The condition for participation in the Conference is to send the application form to the Conference Secretariat address and pay the participation fee.

• Participation fee amounts to: - 1000,00 PLN + 23%VAT

- (800,00 PLN+23%VAT for WIRZ members)
Charge (fee) includes the cost of 2 nights, meals, rental of meeting rooms, audiovisual materials, conference and social events;
The results of works are to be presented in the form of 15 minute lecture or posters sized 70x90cm - ready to be hanged.
On the basis of the submitted summaries the Scientific Committee will make decision concerning both the admission of works and the way of their presentation;

• Research works presented at the Conference are to be published in the journals provided by the members of WIRZ, including the journals of ITP:
• Problems of Agricultural Engineering,
• Water, Environment and Rural Areas ,

after obtaining two positive reviews and fulfiling editorial requirements, and after paying the fee amounting to 400,00PLN +23%VAT.

Important dates:

27.02.2015r. Submitting participation form, sending the paper summary (1 page of A4 tape-script) together with information on the preferred form of its presentation (lecture, poster);
06.03.2015. pay the conference fee;
06.03.2015r. sending the full text of the paper in 2 copies together with on-line (electronic) version;
13.03.2015r. sending the on-line version of the lecture previewed for presentation.

Any fees paid will not be reimbursed in the case of a cancellation of participation in the conference.
