- Determination in soil samples:
- pH in 1 of KCl, 0.01 M of CaCl2, H2O
- organic carbon content with Turin method
- dissolved organic carbon (DOC) content in soil extracts
- overall content of minerals: N, P, K, Mg, Ca, Cu, Fe, Na, Mn and Pb
- mineral content in 0.5 M of HCl extracts: P, K, Na, Ca, Mg, Mn and Zn
- mineral content in 0.01 M of CaCl2 extracts: P, K, Na, Mg, Mn, Zn, Nog, N-NO3, N-NH4
- mineral content in CH3CHOHCOO)2Ca extracts - Egner-Riehm: P and K
- mineral content in 1% K2SO4 extracts: N-NO3, N-NH4 and P
- chloride content in water extract
- Determination in water samples:
- pH and conductivity
- mineral content (TDS), ie., Na, K, Mg, Mn, Zn, Fe, P-PO4, N-NO3, N-NH4
- mineral content (TDS) in water samples after mineralization: TKN (Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen), Total Phosphorus (TP)
